Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the Flowtify platform — including Flowtify Automations, Flowtify Proposals, and LeadRadar — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Your continued use of Flowtify following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Description of Services

Flowtify is a cloud-based SaaS platform offering three distinct products under one login:

  • Flowtify Automations — A no-code workflow automation tool that allows businesses to automate repetitive tasks including bookings, invoicing, email campaigns, and customer follow-ups.
  • Flowtify Proposals — Interactive proposal and e-signature software that enables businesses to create, send, and track professional proposals with legally binding digital signatures.
  • LeadRadar — A lead generation and prospecting tool (currently in development; coming soon). Access will be subject to these terms once it becomes available.

Each product requires a separate subscription. Features, availability, and pricing may change at any time with notice.

3

Accounts and Access

One Flowtify account provides access to all products you are subscribed to. To create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You agree to keep your account information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately at hello@flowtify.ca.

Accounts are for individual business use. You may not share your account credentials with third parties or allow multiple businesses to use a single account.

4

Subscriptions and Billing

  • All prices are listed and billed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
  • Starter plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin your trial.
