Quotes your clients can say yes to.
Build a quote with GST or HST and send one link. Your client picks any extras, accepts and signs online, and the invoice shows up in Wave without you typing it twice.
$29 CAD a month after the trial. Cancel anytime.
Everything between "here's my price" and "you're hired"
A quote buried in an email attachment is easy to ignore. A clear page with a total, a few extras and an Accept button is not.
Know where every quote stands
See which proposals were sent, opened, accepted or declined, and get a heads-up when a client responds. No more "did you get my email?" follow-ups.

One link, no attachments
Your client opens the proposal in their browser, on a phone or a computer. No PDF to download and no account to create. You can lock it behind an access code if it's sensitive.
Extras they add themselves
Mark items as optional, like a maintenance plan or a rush fee, and let the client tick them on. You can also let them change quantities, with a minimum you set. The total updates as they go.
Accept and sign online
Your client types their name and signs on screen. Flowtify records the date and time, then locks the proposal so nobody can change it after the fact.
GST or HST, your rate
Set the tax rate on each quote, so a client in Alberta gets 5% GST and one in Ontario gets 13% HST. Discounts work as a fixed amount or a percentage.
The invoice is already in Wave
Connect your Wave account and, when a client accepts, Proposals creates the customer and the invoice in Wave with every line item and the tax. Review it and send it from Wave.
Also included: your logo and brand colour on every proposal, terms and conditions drafted by AI that you can edit, expiry dates, PDF downloads and one-click duplicates for quotes you send often.

What is Flowtify Proposals?
Flowtify Proposals is proposal and quote software for Canadian service businesses. You build a quote with GST or HST, send your client one link, and they can add optional items, accept and sign online. When they accept, the invoice is created in Wave for you. It costs $29 CAD a month.
Are electronic signatures legal in Canada?
For most business contracts, yes. Federal law and provincial electronic transactions acts, like Alberta's Electronic Transactions Act, recognize electronic signatures. A few documents, such as wills and some land transfers, still need a signature on paper. This is general information, not legal advice.
Which GST or HST rate should I put on a quote?
It usually depends on where your client is, not where you are. A client in Alberta pays 5% GST and a client in Ontario pays 13% HST, for example. The CRA's page on charging GST/HST has the full list. If you're a small supplier and not registered for GST/HST, set the rate to 0.
How does the Wave connection work?
Wave is a Canadian accounting app, and RBC partners with it for its small business clients. Connect your Wave account once in Settings. From then on, every time a client accepts a proposal, Proposals creates that customer in Wave (if they're new) and an invoice with the same line items and tax. The invoice waits in Wave for you to review and send, so nothing goes out without you. It works with Wave's free Starter plan, so you don't need another paid subscription to use it.
Do I need Wave to use Proposals?
No. Wave is optional. Without it you still send proposals, collect signatures and track every quote. You just create your invoices however you do today. If you'd like to try it, Wave's Starter plan is free.
Can my client accept on their phone?
Yes. The proposal works in any modern browser, including on a phone. Your client doesn't need a Flowtify account or an app.
What happens after a client accepts?
The proposal locks with their name and signature, its status changes to accepted, and you're notified. If Wave is connected, the invoice is created there at the same moment. You can also download the signed proposal as a PDF.
How is it different from Proposify or PandaDoc?
Those are bigger tools built for sales teams and priced in US dollars. Flowtify Proposals does less on purpose: one flat price of $29 CAD a month, GST and HST on every quote, and a Wave invoice created the moment your client says yes.
