Stop guessing who to call

Scrolling Google Maps and opening websites one by one eats a whole afternoon. LeadRadar does that part for you and hands back a list sorted by opportunity.

Tell it what you sell

Type your service and a city, like web design in Calgary. LeadRadar works out which kinds of local businesses would hire you and searches all of them. Want something narrower? Search one industry directly, like roofers in Kelowna.

See who has no website

Every site gets checked. You'll know which businesses have no website at all, which ones are broken or parked, and which ones actually load.

Real speed numbers

Live sites are run through Google PageSpeed on mobile. Opening a call with "your site scores 31 out of 100" beats "I think your site could be better."

Know the platform first

LeadRadar tells you if a site is built on Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, Weebly, WordPress or Shopify, so your pitch fits before you dial.

A score with reasons

Each lead gets a score from 0 to 100 and a breakdown of why. No Google profile, only 6 reviews, a slow Wix site. It's all spelled out.

Map view and export

See every lead on a map to plan a route, or export the list to CSV or Excel for your CRM or an afternoon of calls.

How the lead score works

A high score means two things at once: the business is established enough to pay you, and it has a gap you can fix. The score adds up four parts, for a maximum of 100.

LeadRadar score breakdown
PartPointsWhat adds points
Website qualityUp to 30 ptsNo website scores highest. Broken or parked sites come next, then live sites based on their mobile PageSpeed score. A fast site earns almost nothing here.
Online presenceUp to 25 ptsMissing a Google Business Profile adds points. So do 30 reviews or fewer, and a rating of 4.3 or lower. A business with hundreds of five-star reviews doesn't need you as much.
Business viabilityUp to 25 ptsPoints for signs the business can pay: a solid number of reviews, a listed phone number, and a higher-value industry like dental, legal, real estate or the trades.
TechnologyUp to 20 ptsSites on Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy or Weebly score highest. A generic WordPress theme lands in the middle. Custom-built sites score zero.
Hot 80 to 100 Warm 60 to 79 Moderate 40 to 59 Cold under 40

Open any lead to see its breakdown line by line, like "No website, 30 pts" or "Only 6 reviews, 12 pts". That's your opening line for the call.

LeadRadar questions

Something we didn't cover? Write to hello@flowtify.ca.

What is LeadRadar?

LeadRadar is a lead generation tool for Canadian businesses that sell services to other local businesses. You tell it what you sell and the city, and it finds the businesses that could hire you on Google Maps, checks their website and Google profile, and scores each lead from 0 to 100 so you know who to call first. It costs $49 CAD a month.

Who is LeadRadar for?

Anyone who sells to local businesses: web designers, marketing and SEO agencies, photographers, sign shops, IT and phone providers, bookkeepers. If your pitch is "I can fix that for you," LeadRadar shows you who needs fixing.

Where does the lead data come from?

Business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, ratings and review counts come from Google Maps. LeadRadar then visits each website itself to check if it works, runs it through Google PageSpeed and detects the platform it's built on.

How many leads do I get?

The $49 CAD plan includes 5 searches a month with up to 100 leads each, so up to 500 leads a month. If you need more, you can add 500 or 800 leads per search, or bump up to 40 searches a month, from your account.

Does LeadRadar include email addresses?

Not on the current plan. Each lead comes with the phone number, address and website the business lists on Google. For most local businesses, a phone call or a visit works better than a cold email anyway.

Is it legal to contact these businesses in Canada?

Generally, yes, but there are rules. The National Do Not Call List rules don't apply to telemarketing calls made to businesses, though you still have to say who you are and keep your own do-not-call list. Emails and texts fall under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), which has its own consent rules. Check the CRTC's CASL guidance before you start an email campaign. This is general information, not legal advice.

Can I try LeadRadar before I pay?

Yes. You get a 7-day free trial that includes 1 search with up to 10 leads, so you can see the scores on a real city. A card is needed to start, and you won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

Does it only work in Calgary?

No. Flowtify is based in Calgary, but LeadRadar works in any Canadian city or town that shows up on Google Maps, from Victoria to St. John's.
